This baby was born within the Elder at the bottom of the garden and iv watched as mum and dad looked after him until he was all grown up and ready to fly the nest, what an amazing gift Mother Nature is...
I love the trees at the moment so full of colour. I don't know the name of this tree, maybe when the leaves are in full bloom i will know the species. Not long now til the Hawthorne flowers then i know we are on the way to summer and Beltane has finally arrived!
I love the way this picture has come out! A sure sign that summer is on her way.. This was taken at my local Park within the City, at the time a Robin was playing in the branches, well, that was until i came along.
I can't tell you the name of this tree but its stunning at the moment with its yellow 'pussywillow' type flowers, later this will have beautiful pink blossem, that will almost give you the sense thats its snowing.
These last few winter trees were taken at the same place near my local City in February and since spring is a matter of weeks away and the first signs are already showing I'm putting these up. All the pictures from now will depict the first signs of Spring. Iv noticed the Hazel has its pussy willow and the Elders are showing their buds, so its time to take the camera out again.
Look closely and you will see the tree spirits that reside within this majestic tree.Picture taken on Tuesday down at my local Park, so there are more to come.
