What a wonderful day...

Standing underneath this tree you could hear the buzz of the bees, the pollen was laden within these branches....






This is the tree face on.. Its a stunning one thats for sure..

I have never seen this many in one place within my garden before, normally theres only a couple..

The Hawthorn has lost her dress of flowers and leaves and is clothed in Berries for the winter..

An Elder and her young..

This baby was born within the Elder at the bottom of the garden and iv watched as mum and dad looked after him until he was all grown up and ready to fly the nest, what an amazing gift Mother Nature is...

Blooms are heavy

I love the trees at the moment so full of colour. I don't know the name of this tree, maybe when the leaves are in full bloom i will know the species. Not long now til the Hawthorne flowers then i know we are on the way to summer and Beltane has finally arrived!
